Today i decided to trim down a little. Thanks to my sister for posting my pics in FB I saw myself clearly how ive grown for the last couple of months. Though I’ve been a constant person in the gym not to loose weight but to have some cardio exercise.
I have been ignoring signals from my body like any other person denying the truth about being fat but enough of that.
I have not ask a dietician nor a fitness expert on this, its just my own way of experimenting to myself and hopefully it work.
MY GOAL –> 110lbs after my experiment
My starting point –> 130 lbs
waistline –> 35′
plan –> 7 days diet w/o rice
